I don't have a credit card. Can I pay another way?
ANSWER: Yes, you can use a prepaid credit card or debit card to sign up. Another option available is paying my by Online Check (e-check) or Direct Pay EU which are both avaiable options on our sign up page.
Do you accept Paypal payments?
ANSWER: No. Due to Paypal's harsh terms-of-service concerning digital content containing adult content we are unable to accept payments through them. We hope some day they come around.
What will show up on my credit card statement?
ANSWER: Don't worry! Nothing obscene or remotely strange will show up. In order to protect your privacy, any charges will discreetly appear from CCBill/Strawberry Comics on your credit card statement.
You won't sell my information to third parties, will you?
ANSWER: No, absolutely not! We will never sell your information to a third party, nor will CCBill (our credit card processing provider). We hate spam just as much as you do!
How do I cancel my subscription?
ANSWER: We will be sad to see you go. However, you can
cancel your account anytime during your membership period and you'll still have site access until your full subscription period is over. (All monthly memberships constitute 30 days of site access from the date you signup.)

You will need 2 of the following pieces of information to run a search for your account: Email address you used to sign up, credit card you used to sign up, or your Subscription ID# (located in the subscription confirmation email you receive when you sign up).

Do you accept submissions? When do you open submissions?
ANSWER: Currently we are not accepting pitches from new creators. We hold calls for open submissions every one to two years. We will not be opening submissions in 2018, but will definitely announce through our social media channels when we open submissions again sometime in second half of 2019.
